Trouble Joining

I am having trouble joining EZsniper.

Do not try to JOIN using the MEMBER LOGIN fields in the upper right corner of the home page. Use the big orange JOIN FREE button on the home page.

Be sure cookies are enabled on your browser when you try to join. For instruction on how to check your cookies, go to our Troubleshooting section on COMPUTER SETTINGS.

I am getting an error message when I try to join.

Your EZsniper login does NOT have to match any of your auction site logins. You may get an error message if you have joined previously. In that case, just login using the login fields in the upper right corner of the site.

While joining, you will be prompted to link your EZsniper account to eBay, and/or add a bidding account for the auction sites we support. When you create this bidding account, that login MUST match what you use to log into the auction site. If you have joined before, our system will not allow you to create another EZsniper account using the same bidding account logins.

If you have forgotten your login, click the down arrow in the top right corner of the site to access the FORGOT LOGIN feature. Use this to have your EZsniper login sent to the email address we have on file for you.

Can I have more than one username per account?

No. EZsniper allows unlimited snipes on a single subscription. Multiple usernames on one account would allow family members and friends to get together and use a single subscription. We would lose control of our service. You can, however, change your login at any time from one username and password to another by going to MY ACCOUNT>MANAGE LOGINS.
