Logging in
How do I login?
First, you must have joined EZ sniper. This simply means creating an account with username password and email address, and adding a bidding account for an auction site like eBay. If you have already joined, simply enter your EZ sniper username and password in the
'Member Login' fields in the upper right corner of the home page. You may have separate logins for your bidding accounts, but it is your EZ sniper account which will give you access to your account.
Be sure you are not already logged in. If you are already logged in, the
'Member Login' fields will be missing from the home page. Just click the
'My Auctions' link on the left sidebar to be taken to the interface to add bids and your list of pending auctions. Your login is transmitted on a secure connection and posts to a secure page, and you are secure whenever you are logged in.
Remember Me
Check the
'Remember Me' box to remain logged in, even after you close your browser. If you log out, you will have to log back in. We suggest you just close the window or go to another site on the browser window to remain logged in. This is a real convenience when you use our
Snapper feature.
How do I change my login?
You have a login to access your EZ sniper account, and a login for each auction site you use EZ sniper to snipe. To change any of your logins, click the
'CHANGE LOGIN' link in the upper right corner of the site. You will be taken to your
'My Account' page and the
'Manage Logins' tab. If you want to change your EZ sniper login, use the
'CHANGE' button next to it. If you want to change any of your bidding account logins, use the
'CHANGE' button next to any of your active bidding accounts. You may also
'ADD' bidding accounts from this interface. If you are not logged in when you click the
'CHANGE LOGIN' link in the upper right corner of the site, you will be asked to log into your EZ sniper account.
Can I have more than one username per account?
You will have one username for your EZ sniper account, and one for each of your bidding accounts. They may all be the alike, but don’t have to be. You may have only one username for your EZ sniper account, and one for each bidding account. You may not have the same bidding account on more than one EZ sniper account.
Forgot Login
The
'Forgot Login' feature is in the upper right corner of the site in case you ever need reminding what login we have in our database for you to access your EZ sniper account. Use this feature to have your EZ sniper login sent to the email address we have in the database for you. This is one of the functions that makes it important for you to verify your email address is working and our messages are getting through to you. We do not send out bidding account logins. They are available on your
'My Account' page, on the
'Manage Logins' tab once your have logged into your account.
