That was simply astonishing! What a world of difference between asking your service a question and asking eBay a question !...or calling them !..or going live help ! IF I ever get an answer, it is normally just a script. I suppose they have trouble finding help that can read, much less write out an answer. So they have to use Copy and Paste a lot.
